Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg-Oncology position requiring an active IN or compact RN license and BLS certification.

• Work in a 16-bed Oncology Unit handling oncology, hematology, end-of-life, hospice, and Med/Surg overflow patients
• Night shift hours are 18:45 to 07:15
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Patient care includes assessment, intervention, medication administration, and documentation in EHR
• Patients may include those receiving oncology, hematology, hospice, and overflow Med/Surg care
• All travelers must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address
• Local candidates are accepted but will be paid at a reduced rate according to the facility's radius rule
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Travelers may only hold one position within the system at a time
• Proper documentation including references and license verification must be provided before assignment

• Active IN or Compact RN license required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• At least 1 year of relevant RN experience
• Nursys verification and primary source license verification required prior to start
