• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified and licensed in Indiana (active, unrestricted).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine.
• Comfortable working independently and confidently managing fast‑paced shifts.
• Strong communication and a steady, compassionate presence.
