Pay Range: $35.00 - $38.00 / hour (Based on Certification & Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a high-skill Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our food manufacturing team in Evansville. This is not a "general repair" job-we are looking for a specialist who understands the intersection of mechanical systems and high-tech automation. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% uptime on high-speed processing and packaging lines in a climate-controlled, GMP-certified facility.
What You Will Do
- Automation & Control:
Troubleshoot and program Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). - Electrical Mastery:
Diagnose complex electrical issues, perform panel building, and maintain logic signal devices. - Mechanical Systems:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and robotic systems (Dematic/ML20 or similar). - Digital Workflow:
Utilize a CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules. - Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a "Zero-Downtime" mentality while adhering to strict OSHA, 5S, and Food Safety (SQF/HACCP) standards.
- Experience:
3+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment (Food & Beverage experience preferred). - Education:
Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Automation OR equivalent Journeyman experience. - Certification:
State Electrical License or a strong background in Industrial Electrical systems is highly preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley software, electrical schematics, and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers). - Physical:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
