• As a Paint Production Technician, you will blend and build a broad range of paints and coatings, ensuring each batch is flawlessly mixed and prepared.
• Pour pigments, make tints, and use a formula to create an exact color, consistency and texture.
• Conduct test sprays to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
• Prepare orders into the proper sized containers.
• Operate a forklift - shipping/receiving and material handling.

• Ability to work second shift hours - 2:30-11 p.m. Monday-Friday.
• Possess general problem solving and math skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Complete pre-employment testing to include: background, health physical, cognitive ability and color blindness testing.
