As an Assistant Manager on our team, you'll play a key role in leading our car wash to success, ensuring every vehicle that passes through is treated with the highest level of care. This role is about more than just overseeing operations—it’s about innovating new wash procedures, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional customer service while managing a team of skilled car wash technicians.

• Lead our car wash to success and ensure high level of care for every vehicle.
• Innovate new wash procedures, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service while managing a team of car wash technicians.
• Be available to perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.

• Up to $18 per hour, plus an operational and financial metric-based bonus program.
