You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining the systems that visualize and manage complex geographic data, contributing directly to informed decision-making and operational excellence.

• Research, develop, program, and manage GIS tools, applications, and interfaces to optimize data utilization.
• Develop, maintain, and provide support for all spatial data systems, including both hardware and software components.
• Create and present GIS system and cartographic mapping elements, integrating them with other technologies for communication and outreach.
• Transpose complex data from various source documents, such as records maps, CAD drawings, land base maps, demographic models, and economic resources, into a structured GIS database.
• Produce high-quality maps, offer web-based mapping support, develop both spatial and non-spatial databases, and provide technical assistance to other users.

• An educational background or certification in GIS, geography, computer science, or a closely related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in a GIS-related role.
• Demonstrated experience with industry-standard GIS software.
• A strong, foundational understanding of geographic concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high level of proficiency in computer systems, various applications, and database software.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic with strong communication skills.

• Experience with advanced GIS platforms, specifically those used for professional mapping and analysis.
