GIS Analyst​/Onsite​/Evansville

Title: GIS Analyst

Location: Evansville, IN (must be on-site at NP Wagner Complex)

Work Arrangement: Must work all 5 days on-site, remote only on Fridays after training

Duration: Long-term

Minimum Experience: 2+ years

Required Skills:

• Experience with GIS software such as ESRI, Auto Desk, Bentley, Integraph, ArcGIS Pro
• Strong understanding of geographic concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in computer systems, applications, database software
• Research, develop, program, and manage GIS tools, applications, and interfaces
• Develop, maintain, and support all spatial data systems hardware and software
• Develop and present GIS system and cartographic mapping elements, integrate with other technology for marketing web communication
• Transpose complex data from records maps, CAD drawings, land base maps, demographic models, economic resources into GIS related database

Job Summary: Perform computer applications and/or database design, development, and implementation services for utilization of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology.

Responsibilities:

• Support GIS environment, policies and procedures, standards, accuracy and consistency of GIS information; seek reliable and consistent worker with strong communication skills.
• Candidates should have experience using GIS software; front-end training will be provided.
