ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Support Specialist, Sr is responsible for assisting team members and vendors with their HR questions and requests. The Specialist must have an overall knowledge of state and federal regulations, HR policies, procedures, and processes. A primary responsibility of this role is managing all aspects of leave administration, including processing leaves, working closely with our third party leave administrator, and serving as a key resource for team members throughout the leave lifecycle.
Each Specialist is also responsible for various HR functions including, but not limited to:
Dovetail administration, accommodations, NMLS administration, exit interviews, poster administration, Time & Attendance payroll closing, service awards management, unemployment processing, report creation, auditing various HR processes and ensure compliance with Old National policies as well as state and federal regulations, and worker’s compensation. The Senior Talent Support Specialist assists in identifying process issues and making recommendations for efficiency and improvements. This position acts as a resource to other Shared Services team members in resolving moderately complex questions or troubleshooting issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Effectively manage all aspects of the leave administration process.
- Ensuring all leaves comply with state, federal, and company policy.
- Answer policy/procedure/process questions from team members and People Team staff on HR related matters.
- Partner and collaborate with People Team members on strategic analysis of processes/procedures, moderately complex tasks and issues.
- Troubleshoot/resolve team member issues.
- Support other members of HR Shared Services
- Support managers with leave related questions/issues.
- May participate in or take responsibility for projects or initiatives

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- 2-3 years of leave administration experience
