Shift Requirements:
Days, 4x10
On Call/Call Back Requirements:
Take call 2 days per week falling on Saturday/Sunday, 60-minute response. No overnight call for EP but they do work late about 30-35% of the time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every third weekend/Holiday coverage as scheduled
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT
Minimum Experience:
MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE - MAJORITY EP SATURATION - 2 years experience
Charting Experience
Required:
prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements
Required Skillset:
Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP/Cath Lab), EP Lab experience (Device Implants such as Pacemakers, ICDs, etc and Ablation experience with CARTO, NAVX/Ensite. Medtronic Cryo and boston rhythmia preferred) and LAAO experience preferred GE Mac Lab/Cardio Lab preferred
Uniform info: will provide hospital scrubs
