Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities- Provide physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and perform diagnostic evaluations.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinical
Works for documentation, coding, and billing. - Coordinate referrals to specialists and educate patients on health topics like nutrition and weight management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
- At least 1 year of NP experience.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Active APRN license.
