Senior FP&A Analyst position, reporting to the Director of FP&A, will play a critical role in providing management with various financial analytics, financial modeling scenarios, budgeting/forecasting support, and aiding with all financial reporting software (One Stream) initiatives. The ideal candidate would bring strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support with the development and rollout of the annual budget/forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis, comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast to understand performance drivers as needed.
- Partner with plant operations, supply chain, and functional leaders to understand business drivers and validate assumptions.
- Consolidate plant and business unit results for leadership review.
- Assist with the preparation of the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) presentation.
- Aid with special projects and financial inquiries from leadership/business partners as requested.
- Participate in process automation, template standardization, and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance and assess potential scenarios.
- Collaborate with plant controllers, operations leaders, and supply chain teams to improve financial visibility and accountability.
- Lead all financial reporting software (One Stream) projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or manufacturing finance experience.
- Experience working in global companies, preferably in the heavy industrial manufacturing sector.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Robust Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Team player/consensus builder.
- Position is onsite at Evansville, IN location.
