Indirect Loan Processor

Overview

Indirect Loan Processor with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join the Indirect Lending team at Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union. Some holiday and extended hours are also required. Previous credit union or financial institution experience is desired. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.

• Process and service indirect documentation from dealerships.
• Verify that all new loan contracts and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Ensure all underwriting stipulations are met as stipulated in approval.
• Notify the dealerships of any discrepancies and follow up to ensure contracts are funded promptly.
• Fund indirect loans into the credit union's core system.
• Be knowledgeable of internal and external guidelines and procedures.
• Organize indirect letters and packets for daily mailings.
• Open regular share accounts for new members acquired through the indirect program as needed.
• Support the department by answering member/dealer phone questions while providing courteous and personal service.
• Organize daily mail and filing of miscellaneous documentation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Participate in the Saturday funding rotation as necessitated by management.
• Adhere to all credit union lending and personnel policies and procedures.
• Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws and operational procedures.
• Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's data processing system.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
