Mortgage Post Closing​/Servicing Processor

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor
. The candidate must possess excellent member service skills with attention to detail. Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week and must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Overtime may be required during peak periods. • Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members
• Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans
• Perform all aspects of servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including;
  • Payment research
  • Quote and process mortgage payoffs
  • Research and resolve loan issues to conclusion
  • Assist with accuracy review of input to computer loan system
  • Assist as needed for loan sale transactions
  • Work collaboratively with accounting for all accounting reconciliations
• Process and correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software
