• Enforce company policies and procedures as they apply to the internal controls and Indiana Gaming regulations.
• Prepare reports and security logs, and dispatch security officers to assignments as required.
• Monitor fire alarm systems and dispatch appropriate internal contacts and external agencies.
• Escort checks, tokens, cash, and patrons as directed.
• Collect and transport drop boxes to the storage/holding area.
• Administer first aid when required.
• Respond to emergency situations and report to emergency duty stations as directed by management following property safety protocols.
• Report all designated activities to the supervisor or appropriate authority.
• Patrol the perimeter and entire property.
• Ride a mountain bike–style bicycle for sustained periods (1–2 hours) throughout an 8‑hour shift.
• Be knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming regulations and the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist, and climb up and down stairs.
• Work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Maintain vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Frequently sit and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, or kneel.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends; work in extreme weather conditions.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned at any time.
