Responsibilities

• Assist all patrons with general information.
• Promote exceptional customer service and membership into the Players Club.
• Educate patrons on Players Club benefits and maintain daily procedures.
• Manage identification, filing, and record‑keeping.
• Issue information, coupons, and promotions on property.
• Make public announcements, handle direct mail inquiries, and keep patrons’ account information up to date.
• Take Jackpot photos, maintain signage and kiosks, and resolve player complaints.
• Implement, distribute, and redeem promotional items.
• Ensure compliance with Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Work in a noisy, smoky environment and stand/walk for long periods.
• Follow the Company Service Standards model, work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Problem‑solving skills for concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Physical ability to sit, stand 8–10 hours daily, use hands and arms, walk 2–3 miles, and occasionally lift 25 lbs.
• Legal compliance with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
