Responsibilities- Updates event-booking sheets on a daily basis.
- Assists Casino Marketing with tracking events and/or bookings.
- Provides support for Player Development staff.
- Issues complimentaries based on pre-determined criteria.
- Assists with the planning and implementation of off-site programs and events designed to attract new inactive premium players.
- Interacts with all other departments including Players Club, Advertising/Public Relations, and Hotel Operations, etc.
- Responsible for providing quality customer service to all guests.
- Responsible for promoting membership into the Rewards Club.
- Responsible for educating guests on the Rewards Club benefits.
- Responsible for coupons and promotions on property.
- Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating customer account information and related duties.
- Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption.
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time (7+ hours).
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
