F.A. Wilhelm Construction – Senior Project Engineer

• Project start‑up: collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Superintendent to plan and coordinate the build.
• Project support: research, interpret codes, resolve conflicts, analyze interference, and prepare LEED reporting as required.
• Project build: coordinate RFIs, change notices, and vendor materials; manage engineering problems; maintain schedules; prepare and distribute minutes.
• Cost control: implement cost controls, reconcile billings, and maintain contract drawings and submittals.
• Communication liaison: serve as the communication link between office, field, and the entire project team.
• Project closeout: develop and complete close‑out documentation, manage punch list, and maintain as‑built drawings.

• Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership.

• Organized, systematic, and committed to excellence.

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 1‑4 years of related experience, or a combination of both.
• Knowledgeable of construction processes.
• Proven computer platform experience;
  Procore a plus.
