Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Evansville, IN, for a Customer Account Specialist. The role will entail overseeing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing inquiries and support requests. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include handling customer issues, maintaining professional communication, analyzing customer needs, and delivering efficient solutions. The Customer Account Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to maintain exemplary customer service and foster strong client relationships.

  • Strong customer service, support, and satisfaction skills, with a passion for meeting and exceeding customer needs.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • A proactive attitude and demonstrated problem‑solving abilities to handle customer issues efficiently.
  • Experience in the fuel, lubricants, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management systems is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
