Recruitment Specialist | Driving Success in Federal & State Contracts | Helping Clients Build Strong Teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival in the Claims Center.
- Verify and ensure proper documentation before claim processing.
- Assist Hoosier Lottery staff with daily office duties.
- Answer the claims hotline and address customer inquiries.
- Support PR activities, including photos of winners, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience
. - Ability to operate a telephone and cash register
. - Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
. - Comfortable using modern office equipment (
computers, fax machines, scanners
).
