What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience from corporate development, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical role; experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling, business case development, and presenting findings clearly and convincingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial databases or modeling tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Join our dynamic M&A team and help shape the future of the Climate Solutions segment through impactful transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
