What you’ll be doing :- Processing and reconciling vendor invoices
- Managing payments and keeping vendor accounts up to date
- Solving invoice or payment discrepancies
- Handling expense reports, sales tax documentation, and 1099 support
- Maintaining accurate vendor files and supporting the accounting team
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid AP knowledge and comfort with Excel
- Clear communication and good problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- 4+ years of AP experience or a degree in Accounting/Finance
