• Financial transactions and manage postings
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple companies
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Notices when numbers don’t tie out (and can’t ignore it)
• Enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Takes ownership of your work
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Works well in a collaborative team
• Is open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Can shift priorities when business needs change
• You like accuracy and getting things right

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a bookkeeper or similar accounting role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (this is important)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Net Suite and/or Quick Books experience is a plus
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Lots of variety, including exposure to multiple operating companies
