- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and maintain detailed supporting schedules
- Review and analyze income statement accounts and job cost reports; provide insights to project teams and management
- Reconcile intercompany transactions between related entities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare timely financial statements for assigned business units and joint ventures
- Serve as an accounting resource for project teams
- Support credit card platform administration
- Assist Treasury with banking activities and cash management
- Process and apply cash receipts
- Support AP and AR teams with sales and use tax questions
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Assist with equipment and fixed asset accounting
- Maintain system records and tracking for fixed assets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimal travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred; construction accounting a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-growth environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Construction or project-based accounting experience
- ERP or accounting system experience
- Audit or financial review support experience
- Interest in process improvement and automation
