• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and maintain detailed supporting schedules
• Review and analyze income statement accounts and job cost reports; provide insights to project teams and management
• Reconcile intercompany transactions between related entities
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare timely financial statements for assigned business units and joint ventures
• Serve as an accounting resource for project teams
• Support credit card platform administration
• Assist Treasury with banking activities and cash management
• Process and apply cash receipts
• Support AP and AR teams with sales and use tax questions
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Assist with equipment and fixed asset accounting
• Maintain system records and tracking for fixed assets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Minimal travel as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred; construction accounting a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-growth environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Construction or project-based accounting experience
• ERP or accounting system experience
• Audit or financial review support experience
• Interest in process improvement and automation
