What You'll Do:- Lead marketing efforts to meet personal and company sales goals.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
- Engage current and prospective clients, submitting proposals for Redi's full range of products and services.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within budgeted parameters.
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements above designated thresholds.
- Uphold a strong, positive company image among clients, partners, and the public.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other sales‑related tools effectively.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in a related industry. - Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
