NON-CDL Box Truck Owner-Operators – OTR (Must Have Own Truck)

Truck Type: 24ft–26ft Box Truck (must be owned by driver)
Experience: Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
You own your own 24–26ft box truck
You have at least 2 years of OTR experience across multiple states (local experience does not qualify)
You can stay on the road a minimum of 2 weeks at a time (up to 3 days home)
You is eligible to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation & Pay Structure89% of gross revenue is paid directly to you
11% company fee
Weekly gross potential: $5,000–$7,000 (depending on mileage & availability)
Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Fuel card with discounts (cost deducted weekly)
Bonuses:
Safety bonus: $200–$1,000 (based on inspection)
Referral bonuses available
$2,000 retention bonus after 8 weeks
$250 – General liability & cargo insurance
$50 – Occupational insurance & legal protection
$80 – ELD & Pre Pass
$250 escrow deposit (first 6 weeks only, refundable with 2‑week notice & return of equipment)
