Assist management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility; communicating goals and feedback; training associates on processes and procedures;
Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members; processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encouraging membership renewals;
Provides and ensures member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; guiding members on self-service technology;
Oversees assigned area of responsibility by handling claims and returns; organizing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; maintaining parking lot cleanliness;
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; monitoring progress and results
