Overview

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

Target is a retailer focused on helping families discover the joy of everyday life. This role supports Target small format stores, ensuring product is in stock, accurately priced, signed, and available on the sales floor. You will provide guest service, support operations, and maintain store standards.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Work across all departments to keep the sales floor full, zoned, and in stock.
• Assist with truck unloads and stock product to the sales floor.
• Adjust merchandise displays and department layouts as needed.
• Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate signing for all departments.
• Perform scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support execution of major store transitions.
• Maintain interior and exterior brand standards; manage cleanliness and general store upkeep.
• Process inbound deliveries (via receive application) to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete backroom daily/weekly audits and, if certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise.
• Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines.
• Follow processes with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks.
• Operate in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Work in varying temperatures and environments; maintain mobility for shift duration
