Days (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) with a 30‑minute on call response time requirement.

• Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations, ensuring safety, comfort, and high‑quality outcomes throughout all cardiovascular procedures.

• Provide holistic support
  , addressing the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in a surgical and procedural environment.

• Collaborate closely with physicians
  , offering continuous updates and timely communication regarding patient status before, during, and after procedures.

• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms
  , ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, calibrated, and ready for use.

• Manage supplies and inventory
  , gathering case‑specific materials and making sure the Cath Lab team has everything required for efficient workflow.

• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate interpretation and rapid response to changes.

• Continuously assess and document patient condition while they are in the Cardiovascular Lab, maintaining thorough and precise records.

• Support quality initiatives
  , participating in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient care and operational excellence.

At least one year of hands‑on clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab with cardiac procedures, or in a Critical Care environment, is required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred.

2. Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.

3. Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required.

4. One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $38.18 per hour to $57.87 per hour.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
