Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care per facility policies. Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and document patient status, carry out physician orders, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and assist with discharge planning. Requirements: RN license:
Illinois (IDFPR) BLS: AHA or American Red Cross

Experience:

1–2 years required;
Cardiac Cath Lab & IR experience strongly preferred Additional requirements as outlined in the job order Call Coverage: OR/IR coverage required. Call every 3rd weekend and minimum 16 on-call shifts per 6-week period.
