• Initiate and monitor the required service, labor and materials to execute facility and equipment repairs for items such as, but not limited to, HVACs, Hot Water Heaters, pumps, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
• Maintain supply Inventory Management
• Track and monitor routine preventative maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, janitorial and HVAC predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate repair work with maintenance techs and schedule planned services with residents.
• Coordinate the required service labor and materials for special projects such as but limited to, small scale construction, signage replacement, carpet replacement, office painting, office moves, resident move ins/out, and new equipment/furniture roll‑outs, installations, resident communications, etc.

• High school / GED Required
• 3+ years of Facility Coordination/ management experience.
• HVAC Certification Preferred, but not required.
• English language proficiency
