HRIS Implementation Specialist – Must Be Able to Work Hybrid in Our Evanston, IL Office

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist to help drive success for our clients and support our expanding HRIS initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As our HRIS Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between technology and client success by:

• Leading full-cycle Paycor HRIS implementations for new and existing clients.
• Providing training and technical support, resolving issues efficiently and creatively.
• Ensuring data accuracy through audits, reporting, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to improve processes and system performance.
• Advising clients on best practices in payroll and HRIS operations.

What You Bring

• Required:
  
  Experience with payroll, HRIS, or HCM system implementation.
• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, Paychex, or Paycom.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially with payroll and financial data.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations.
• Ability to work hybrid in Evanston, IL (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
• Prior experience in payroll administration is a plus.
