The salary range for this position is $18.98–$24.68 per hour. Placement within the range depends on experience, internal equity, and collective bargaining agreement rules for union positions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000

- Assure efficient patient flow: escort patients to exam rooms, verify identity with two identifiers, prepare patients, obtain vital signs, document visits, and promptly inform providers of significant changes.
- Assist practitioners with procedures: ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, procedure tray setup, specimen collection, and CLIA waived testing.
- Provide high‑quality care: prepare and stock exam rooms, participate in environmental safety rounds, maintain vaccine/medication inventory, monitor equipment and instruments, order supplies and dispose expired items, and adhere to opening/closing procedures.
- Promote patient satisfaction: accept delegated responsibilities, offer assistance, attend staff meetings, and communicate effectively with patients and the care team.
- Perform delegated procedures safe, effective, and efficient (see specialty addendum) and other duties as assigned.
- Proof of meeting eligibility for one of the five certification exams (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NRCMA).
- Certification after six months: complete one of the following (up to two test attempts):
- CMA (AAMA)
- RMA (AMT or other)
- NCMA (NCCT)
- CCMA (NHA)
- NRCMA (NAHP)
- High school diploma or GED.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong computer skills.
- Accredited Medical Assistant training program completion.
- One to two years of ambulatory care experience.
- Experience with an electronic medical record.
