TheOpportunity
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Leader to lead one of our disability support houses and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, empowers others, and is passionate about supporting people with disability to live fulfilling, independent lives. As Team Leader, you will balance hands-on support, team leadership, and service excellence, ensuring both participants and staff thrive.
Responsibilities and ImpactPlace participants at the centre of all decisions, ensuring their rights, choices and dignity are upheld at all times.
Inspire and motivate your team to build meaningful, respectful relationships with participants, recognising their individuality, culture and citizenship.
Lead by example, always remembering we are guests in our participants homes and lives.
Create a positive, inclusive and professional house culture.
Develop and mentor a high-performing support team based on a person-centred philosophy.
Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
Promote continuous improvement in service quality, participant outcomes and staff performance.

- Must be Current
- Minimum 1 yrs experience leading teams in disability / community services facility.
- Certificate III / IV in Disability or above
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Working with Children Check
- Assist with Medication
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Full SA driver s license
