Clarity Clinic, PLLC is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Our mission is to guide the whole person on their journey to mental wellness by providing holistic care. Our team offers a broad range of specialties, services, and orientations to support all people. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and related services.

Location: (Hybrid) 501 Davis Street, Evanston, Illinois 60201

• As a Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics.
• You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients  mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with a Psychiatrist to manage patient care.
• Make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.
• Stay well-informed of psychiatric advances.
• Demonstrate patient-centered care with strong communication and empathy.
• Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies.
• Prescribe and manage medication regimens.

• Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion.
• Board Certification (NCCPA).
• Current State of IL PA License.
• Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
• Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
• New grads are welcome to apply.

• Base Salary: $115k-$140k, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential).
