• Provide evidence‑based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults.
• Manage a caseload of 12–24+ attended client sessions per week (part‑time/ full‑time optional).
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with clinical and administrative policies.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals consistent with policies and procedures.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote and support Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision, and values through behavior and job performance.

• Compensation: $55–$60 per hour commensurate with years of experience & licensure.
• Part‑time (12 hrs+) or Full‑time (24+ attended sessions).
• 401(k) match up to 4%.
• $500 CME/Professional development stipend.
• $100 monthly wellness reimbursement stipend.
• 10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days.
• 2 days (16 hrs) paid training allowance.
• Flexible scheduling; hybrid model (telehealth/remote or in-person as medically necessary).
• Access to continuing education and internal promotion opportunities.

• Fully licensed to practice independently as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT. Licensed PhD or PsyD candidates actively working toward licensure are also eligible.
• Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1–2 year internship and 2–7 years prior experience in a clinical setting; or PhD/PsyD plus 0–3 years prior experience (psychological testing and assessment experience preferred).
