Senior Care Personal Aide

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. 1+ years of caregiving experience is required.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health status.
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, medication reminders, light housekeeping, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, getting to and from appointments, and companionship.

• 1+ years of experience in caregiving (required).
• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
• Valid  Social Security Card (required).
• Driver's License (preferred).
• Ability to commute/relocate:
  North/Western Suburbs — reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
