* Hours:

Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
*
* What you will do:

*** Processing tissues using Xpress microwave rapid tissue processor
* Embedding:
Manual and Automated using Sakura Auto TEK embedder
* Microtomy of paraffin embedded tissue blocks both manual and auto embedded
* Recuts of tissue blocks
* Special Stains
* IF cryotomy of skin specimens
*
* What you will need:

**
* Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Laboratory Science and Histology routine training or Completed accredited Histology Technology program.
* Certification: HT/HTL Certificate (ASCP), equivalent or eligible.

* Experience:

1 year experience in Histology Laboratory preferred
* Unique or Preferred

Skills:

Ability to perform manual embedding and microtomy of paraffin embedded tissue blocks.
