New engineers work closely with all levels of engineers in the company and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

• Preparing PE / SE stamped design plans and calculations for temporary and permanent systems on construction projects
• Design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry construction materials
• Written and verbal communication with general contractors and engineering/drafting project team
• Some travel to project sites around the U.S.

• Experience: Preferably – 3 years of experience working full-time for an engineering firm or construction company or 12 months of experience working full-time for an engineering firm or construction company, or 18 months of experience working part-time for an engineering firm or construction company, or (1) 8-week minimum internships with an engineering firm or construction company
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Civil Engineering (structural focus), or Architectural Engineering
• Coursework: Structural analysis, geotechnical engineering
• EIT licensure by hire date

$80,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
