Hours:
- Week 1:
Sun: 12pm‑8:30p, Mon 1p‑9:30pm, Tue: 4:30p‑1a, Wed 4:30‑1a, Thu 4:30‑1a - Week 2:
Mon: 4:30‑1a, Tue: 4:30‑1a, Thu: 4:30‑1a, Fri 1p‑9:30pm, Sat 12p‑8:30p - Rotating Holidays (3 on, 3 off)
Required Travel: No
What You Will Do- Professionally answer and process incoming telephone calls timely and accurately
- Respond and accurately process emergency notification requests including overhead announcements, pager notifications and escalation
- Document daily activities in shift reports
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required - Experience:
Six months’ experience as a telephone operator on a multi-function switchboard is preferred - Preferred:
Experience in a hospital or health care related setting
