We are a boutique studio dedicated to providing an elevated experience for our clients. Central to this mission is our child care service, which allows parents to focus on their exercise knowing their children are in a safe, joyful, and nurturing environment.

We are seeking a professional, kind-hearted Child Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Head Child Care Team Member, assisting in the daily operations of our child care room.

• Supervision & Safety: Assist in supervising children (infants through school age), ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
• Engagement: Facilitate age-appropriate play and activities that align with Sona’s positive and happy ethos.
• Operational Support: Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary child care space according to studio standards.
• Parent Relations: Provide a warm, professional greeting to families during check-in/check-out and communicate updates to parents as needed.

• Genuine Passion: A sincere interest in early childhood development and a positive, "people-first" attitude.
• Proactive Communication: Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality.
• Local Presence: Ideally located in or near Evanston to allow for flexibility and occasional short-notice coverage.
• Experience: Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or professional childcare setting is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
