Schedule: Onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week

Ornua is actively seeking a Inventory Analyst to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will play a key role in overseeing and controlling all stock levels and movements across U.S. warehouses and co-packers, ensuring that physical inventory and system records are accurate, aligned, and fully reconciled between Warehouse WMS and Ornua ERP systems. This role also plays a critical part in maintaining product availability, reducing waste, and optimizing inventory levels within a fast-paced, highly perishable dairy supply chain.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control experience across multiple sites

• Experience of working with GS1 / Data 1 Sync / Global Data Sync standards and tools

• Degree in related discipline (Supply Chain / Finance) or relevant work experience

• Experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment - Dairy industry or short shelf-life preferred

Desired Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

• Inventory management experience in a food environment

• Experience with ERP Systems (M3 a plus) and using third party warehouse portals

• Work on own initiative to resolve issues and to recommend process improvements

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Degree of proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)

• Working knowledge of US product data requirements (GTIN / UPC / EAN codes)

PAY RANGE: $70,250 - $85,750

This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
