Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location (city, state): Evanston, IL (100% Onsite)
Industry: Private Equity / Venture Capital
Compensation: $85,000–$115,000 / year base salary + annual bonus eligibility
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Fully onsite
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This firm invests in growing middle‑market companies across several industries and is known for its collaborative, high‑performing culture. As the new office launches, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to help support daily operations and senior leadership.
Job Description:Our client is seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior‑level professionals in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role serves as a trusted partner and key administrative resource, helping ensure schedules, travel, and office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑expectation setting, demonstrates strong judgment, and handles confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and reserve conference space as needed
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including preferred airlines and itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust priorities as plans change
- Support general office operations including supply ordering, catering coordination, and facility requests
- Assist with office setup and day‑to‑day needs for a newly opened location
- Build strong working relationships across administrative teams and internal stakeholders
- Provide professional front‑office and reception support as needed
- 3–7 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with expense systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Role will support leadership while also assisting with overall office operations
- This position is part of a larger administrative team that collaborates across locations
- Highly collaborative, close‑knit office culture with long‑term team tenure
