Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant II for the Evanston campus.

Job Description:

Provides a variety of clerical & administrative support which may include drafting & typing letters, reports, charts, graphs, etc. using word processing, spreadsheet, database, &/or presentation software; basic bookkeeping; screening calls & visitors; preparing agendas & making arrangements including travel, etc. for meetings & special events; &/or managing supervisor's &/or dept calendar.

This position provides standard and routine clerical and administrative support for curricular and career services programs and initiatives for the Office of Undergraduate Programs and Advising (OUPA), which includes Academic Advising and Career Services (EPICS), in the School of Communication. Processes student record, enrollment and financial transactions; staffs the OUPA reception area; and provides administrative assistance for program events. Reports to the Associate Dean.
