* Job Description:

** Generates customer quotes and proposals based on customer’s requests via phone or email or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services as needed.
* Follows up on quotes and proposals, negotiates as needed and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping, material information requirements for products and any other incidental involved in     getting the right product to the customer at the right time.
• Enters orders in company’s ERP system based on established rules and practices.
• Maintains working business relationships with established and new customers.
• Works with Outside Sales Team and provides feedback and communication regarding accounts.•             (Small Branches) – Will assist as needed in the delivery of customer orders as well as pick up of materials.
** Skills &

Qualifications:

*** Two plus years of business to business industrial sales experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience and skill using Infor SXe software system is a plus.
* A strong sense of urgency and commitment to effectively and timely service our customers.
* Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required.
* Self motivated to enhance personal development and company performance metrics
