• Deliver detailed and accurate service by following established guidelines.
• Work independently with clear direction and minimal dependence on others.
• Provide support and service in a collaborative environment.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly banking center sales and service goals.
• Assist with account transactions, process new accounts, and introduce clients to new products and digital solutions.
• Build rapport with clients and associates, treating all with respect and consideration.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6+ months of sales experience and prior banking or financial service experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and passion for educating clients on banking products.
• Ability to think logically, analyze situations, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to multitask and use multiple computer and software systems.
• Basic math skills to calculate figures and percentages.

• Physical tasks may include lifting, bending, and standing; overtime up to 5% of work time.
