Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Part‑time RN – Cardiac Telemetry (Washington)
• 24 hours per week
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Sign‑on bonuses: $20,000 for experienced RNs, $15,000 for new graduate nurses

• Stay Premium Pay:
  Up to $8/hr extra

High‑paced 35‑bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for STEMI, CHF, arrhythmia, BP management, stroke, and post‑cardiac catheterization patients. Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 1:4 with PCA support. Culture of communication, accountability, respect, and teamwork.

• RN License (state‑specific or compact)
• ACLS & BLS (or within 30 days)
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
