Math Success Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Math Success Coach to join our team in Eureka, IL. The ideal candidate will support students in developing strong mathematical skills, build confidence, and foster a positive learning environment. This role involves working closely with students to identify challenges, provide personalized coaching, and promote academic success in mathematics.

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help students improve their math skills.
• Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to tailor coaching strategies.
• Develop individualized learning plans and study strategies to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress and address challenges.
• Encourage and motivate students to build confidence and maintain a positive attitude toward math.
• Utilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Track and report on student progress and outcomes regularly.
• Stay current with best practices in math education and coaching techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in tutoring, coaching, or teaching math at the middle school or high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Familiarity with educational technology and math software is a plus.
