• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks and assist guests to solve their needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Perform daily tasks assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.

• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements for roles such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
