This is a full-time Advanced Practice Provider role based in Eureka, California, emphasizing patient-centered care in a supportive environment. • Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a hospitalist setting.
• Work 12-hour night shifts (7pm – 7am) as part of a 14-shift month schedule.
• Operate in a team-based care environment with onsite Nocturnist physician and Tele Hospitalist support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in a closed ICU environment as applicable to the role.

• 2-5 years of experience required.
• Qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hospitalist or inpatient care experience preferred.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation based on factors noted above.
